FST Security Systems is a Malaysian security business with roots in Focus Smart Technologies, founded in 1993. Our development spans technology consultancy, physical-security systems and historical installation projects.
Today, we help authorised system integrators and prime contractors assess requirements, design Hikvision solutions and source suitable products across Malaysia. Installation, commissioning and end-customer support are handled by the appointed partner.

Focus Smart Technologies was founded in 1993 and developed through technology consultancy and related services. The business expanded into wireless alarms in 1997 and CCTV surveillance in 2000, followed by additional physical-security technologies.
Historical projects provided practical experience in surveillance coverage, recording, infrastructure and the requirements of different sites. That background now informs FST’s equipment recommendations and system-design guidance.
Our current partner-focused model supports system integrators and prime contractors while they retain responsibility for project implementation and the end-customer relationship.
